1. About Us

Needed Services Ltd provides building, labour supply, and property maintenance services for domestic and commercial clients.

2. Quotes and Payments

• All quotes are valid for 30 days.

• A deposit may be needed before work begins.

• Full payment is due within 7 days of the invoice date unless we agree otherwise.

• Late payments may be charged interest.
   

3. Cancellations

• Please let us know at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel.

• Cancellations after this may result in loss of deposit or additional charges.

• We may need to reschedule in case of bad weather, illness, or other unexpected issues.
   

4. Your Responsibilities

• Make sure we have access to the property and anything we need to do the job (e.g., water, electricity).

• Let us know in advance about any hazards or important information.

• If delays are caused by you, we may charge extra.
   

5. Our Work

• We aim to complete all work to a high standard.

• If there’s a problem with our work, let us know within 14 days and we’ll do our best to put it right.

• Workmanship is guaranteed for [insert period, e.g. 12 months].
   

6. Safety and Insurance

• We follow all relevant health and safety rules.

• We are fully insured for public and employee liability.

• Please do not enter work areas while we are working unless it’s safe to do so.
   

7. Data and Privacy

• We only use your personal information to provide our services and stay in touch.

• We do not share your details without your permission.
   

8. Legal

These terms are governed by UK law. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of England and Wales.
